Your new role

As Bid Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compelling submissions that support the company's growth objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission.
  • Coordinating input from key stakeholders across the business.
  • Writing, reviewing and editing persuasive bid content.
  • Developing tender responses that clearly communicate value propositions and win themes.
  • Maintaining bid documentation, templates and processes.
  • Managing bid timelines to ensure all submissions are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conducting post-submission reviews and capturing lessons learned to improve future success rates.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Previous experience in a Bid Manager, Bid Writer or Proposal Manager position.
  • Strong experience managing public and private sector tenders.
  • Excellent written communication and document presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management systems.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality submissions.
