Infrastructure Engineer | £43,000 | 12 Month FTC | Liverpool
You’ll be joining an organisation who is committed to representing the public and improving lives, leading an Azure project to future proof their infrastructure environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead on the build, maintenance and support of the infrastructure
- Implement and test new solutions
- Point of escalation for technical issues
- Incident response and resolution
- Lead the businesses Azure roadmap
- Make cost-effective decisions on emerging technologies
- Deliver work in line of SLAs and project timelines
- Ensure IT Service levels are upheld
- Change and Problem management
- Work with 3rd parties and various stakeholders
- Delagate tasks amongst team
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum 4 years working in a Cloud focused role
- Worked in both project and BAU focused roles
- Experience implementing, deploying and managing Microsoft Cloud platforms
- Current knowledge of AD, DNS, Intune, Office 365
- Knowledge of firewalls, gateways, etc.
- Experience implementing virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V etc)
- Demonstratable understanding of Cloud environments and architecture
