IT Service Analyst | £28,000-30,000 | Widnes
An opportunity for an IT Analyst to join a global supply chain organisation, providing hardware and device support to users across various sites. This is an exciting time to be joining as they undergo a period of growth and change.
Your role:
- Hardware and software support
- Configure and deploy laptops, tablets etc.
- IT asset management
- End-user access management
- Escalate issues to 3rd parties when required
- Ticket management via ticketing system, phone and email
- Ownership of project work
Experience to success:
- Minimum of a year or two’s experience in an IT Analyst role
- Proficient providing hardware support
- Familiar with Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of VMWare
- Worked with WAN/ LAN networks
- Driving licence – ok with ad hoc travel to different sites across the UK
- Strong people skills – able to work with people at all levels of the business
