Senior Power Bi Developer | Liverpool | Hybrid | £50,000
Join a dynamic Food Data and Analytics team! This team is part of an ongoing transformation program focused on enhancing digital and data capabilities, with the goal of automating processes and embedding high-quality insights driven by business intelligence throughout the Food business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of BI developers aligned to specific food sub-areas.
- Deliver end-to-end projects that provide actionable insights.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from defining scope to assessing impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical leadership, and manage solution rollouts.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes with BI enhancements.
- Manage the wellbeing and performance of your team.
- Partner with Change Management and Finance teams to measure and report impact.
- Champion technical best practices within the team.

Who you are:
- Proven experience in leading BI/reporting solutions.
- Experience managing a technical team.
- Proficiency in data visualisation and user experience design.
- Strong SQL knowledge and advanced skills in Power BI.
- Experience in testing solutions and measuring impact.
