Software and Data Reporting Analyst | Permanent | Immediate Start | 5 days a week on site
Principal Accountabilities
- Knowledge or experience of ERP software internal support, including back-end settings, supporting upgrades and enhancement requests.
- Become a superuser and trainer of new employees for the ERP system; Protean Software.
- ERP software analysis and implementation, supported by the IT Manager.
- Support the operations team with the mobile engineering software.
- Maintain and administrate the use of the customer web portal.
- Continue to build and maintain SAP’s Information Design Tool universes across ERP and accounting databases.
- Use SAP’s Business Objects software to create and maintain scheduled reports; customer KPI and utilisation reports, financial management accounts, operational and departmental KPI’s.
- Build and maintain SAP’s Analytics Cloud dashboards for the operational KPI’s across 14 branches.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with SAP’s Business Objects and Analytics Cloud or relevant experience with other Business Intelligence Tools.
- SQL query experience or equivalent.
- Knowledge of access databases and ERP hire, maintenance and sales software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience with macros, lookups, pivot tables, sumif, match and index.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with Protean Software.
- SQL querying and reporting from ERP or accounting software.
- Experience working within a company with multiple revenue sources, preferably within a service, hire or sales business.
- Experience working with mobile software engineers.
