Your new role
The role is responsible for designing and delivering clean, professional and insightful Power Bi reports to support the Developer Desktop Programme at both operational and senior leadership levels.
The position also plays a key part in automating processes by configuring ESM plans within Management Studio, ensuring accurate scheduling and workflow efficiency. The role requires the ability to translate technical requirements into impactful visual reporting that informs decision-making and drives programme improvement.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
- Expert in Power Bi Dashboard development and reporting as well as with Business Intelligence tools e.g. DAX, queries, measures, data modelling, optimisation.
- Track record and ability to translate technical requirements into intuitive reporting solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Management Studio/ ESM automation.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and workflow optimisation.
- Basic programming knowledge (SQL, Python, or similar) to support workflow creation, automation, and improvements across the programme.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and background with
- Financial Services background – desirable.
