Overview: A public sector organisation in Northern Ireland is seeking two ERP Business Analysts to support the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. These roles will focus on either HR or Payroll modules and will play a key part in translating business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse functional requirements from stakeholders
- Map current and future business processes
- Support ERP configuration and testing (including UAT)
- Assist with data migration and validation
- Document user stories, process flows, and system changes
- Contribute to change management and training activities
Essential Criteria:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in any discipline
(OR 4 years’ relevant experience if no degree) - Minimum 2 years’ experience in systems or digital project analysis
- Strong understanding of HR or Payroll processes
- Ability to create process maps and documentation
- Access to transport to fulfil duties across multiple sites
Desirable:
- Experience with Technology One ERP system
