  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in data analytics.
  • Train colleagues to effectively utilise dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure all work aligns with the organisation's values: Trustworthy, Respectful, Accountable, Collaborative, and Excellent.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and DAX is essential.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or DataBricks is preferred.
  • Expertise in T-SQL to write complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Understanding of database optimisation, data mining, auditing, and segmentation.
  • Skilled in data visualisation and statistical techniques such as linear regression.
  • Ability to conduct user acceptance testing and ensure data integrity.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.
  • An open, flexible, and problem-solving mindset with a passion for data.
