You’ll be the face of IT within a regional office, delivering essential on-site support and collaborating with national teams on broader initiatives. This role involves resolving technical incidents, maintaining equipment, and providing user support across multiple locations. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise administration (including Entra, Office, Teams, and other cloud-based services)
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as physical network connectivity (Wi-Fi, cabling, switches)
  • Understanding of modern IT security best practices
  • Comfortable working within policy and process, while also taking initiative and managing your own workload
  • Experience collaborating within an IT team and with third-party vendors or partners to resolve technical issues
  • Enthusiastic and approachable, with a passion for IT and a proactive mindset.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

What you'll get in return

You’ll join a national IT team in a varied and rewarding role that offers professional development, collaboration, and the chance to contribute to meaningful environmental goals. In addition to a competitive salary, the role offers a flexible working environment, opportunities to engage in exciting IT transformation initiatives, and the satisfaction of supporting a purpose-driven organisation.
