• Establish and maintain procedures, standards, and policies for IT Support and Operations services.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to IT Support & Operations policy and procedures.
• Identify opportunities and efficiencies resulting from new IT developments within a strategic framework.
• Engage in stakeholder communication and participate in relevant conferences and seminars.

• Assist in supporting, operating, and maintaining Corporate and LOB application infrastructure.
• Resolve incidents, fulfil service requests, and complete scheduled IT Operations tasks.
• Collaborate with Corporate and LOB system suppliers and external partners.
• Provide Application Support & Operations services for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to application configuration, testing, training, and knowledge development.
• Support the acceptance of new systems, system transfers, extensions, upgrades, and new operations functions.
