Your new role
You’ll be a tech-savvy, people-smart professional with a passion for innovation and a hands-on approach. You’ll bring:
- Experience in data analysis, digital innovation, or tech transformation (construction experience is a bonus).
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney) and business platforms (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Google Workspace).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into plain English.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bonus points for experience with BIM tools, CRM integrations, APIs, or construction workflows.
