Power BI Reports Developer

You will be joining a leading company in the automotive services industry, known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. The company is undergoing a significant transformation project aimed at enhancing its operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Your new role
As a Power BI Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the change and development of Field Operations reports. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Reporting and Analytics team, Data Engineering team, and stakeholders to assess and rebuild key Operational reports using the new data environment (from SQL to Snowflake) with a Power BI front end.
- Reviewing reports with KPIs and definitions signed off by stakeholders and publishing them for business use.
- Working alongside the Insights and Analytics Manager and key stakeholders to produce business reporting for the Field Operations team.
- Understanding, manipulating, and publishing data from Snowflake into Power BI.
- Enabling storytelling through data and visualisations to simplify information for data-led decisions.
- Providing focused information and enabling actionable insights.
- Managing deadlines and responsibilities to ensure project completion within the deadline.
- Collaborating with the UK Data Engineering team and the Global Data-Led Decisions (DLD) team to ensure consistency in data reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience developing with Power BI, including relevant Power BI qualifications.
- Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
- Strong data analysis and visualisation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation abilities.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
