Your new role
Strategic Leadership & Business Development
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic goals for commercial title insurance.
- Drive implementation of strategies to enhance profitability and strengthen client relationships.
- Lead targeted sales initiatives to achieve revenue objectives within defined markets.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and responsibilities tied to controlled functions.
- Promote a culture of compliance, including adherence to Anti-Money Laundering protocols, risk monitoring, and audit standards.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Collaborate across departments to improve market visibility through effective marketing and public relations.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand positioning.
Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Take ownership of revenue and profitability targets through strategic planning and budgeting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Provide regular performance updates and market analysis to senior leadership.
Risk & Operational Excellence
- Identify and assess risks that may impact business objectives, and work with internal teams to develop effective controls and processes.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor sales and underwriting teams on market trends, sales techniques, and relationship management.
- Model company values through decision-making, collaboration, and personal conduct.
Industry Expertise & Mobility
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor activity.
- Travel regularly to support business development and client engagement.
