Your new role

As Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end campaigns—from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on data, creativity, and collaboration. You’ll lead our growth and lead generation strategy across digital, content, performance, and partner channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multichannel campaigns to drive qualified leads and optimise CPL and ROI
  • Owning digital marketing strategy and performance metrics for SEO and PPC (in partnership with agencies)
  • Identifying new tools, channels, and trends to drive scalable growth
  • Continuously testing, learning, and optimising to improve campaign performance

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5–7 years’ experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Proven success running scalable campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • It would be advantageous to have hands-on experience with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), SEO tools, and marketing automation (Dynamics preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with a love for testing, learning, and iterating.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator who aligns marketing with sales goals.
  • Passion for sustainability and driving positive change is a bonus!
