As Finance Business Partner for this high-profile non-profit organisation, your core role is to support leadership to grow the business, develop processes and be more successful in bids and tenders.
As Finance Business Partner for this high-profile non-profit organisation, your core role is to support leadership to grow the business, develop processes and be more successful in bids and tenders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Offer financial advice and support.
- Guide managers on financial planning and analysis.
- Conduct financial modelling and business case preparation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Develop financial business plans and performance reports.
- Collaborate to address performance issues.
- Line manage and develop team members.
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of commercial accounting within a business partnering role and the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders. You will have strong IT skills, including great excel and experience of working within financial systems.
