Are you ready to take a pivotal leadership role that will make a real difference? We are seeking an Interim Finance Director to join a well-established charity based in Norwich.
About the Role:
You will report directly to the CEO and lead a small but dynamic finance and IT team. This is a key strategic role where you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and support for the charity’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial leadership and support to the CEO and Senior Management Team
- Lead and develop the finance and IT team to deliver high-quality financial services
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance specific to the charity sector
- Ensure robust financial controls and systems are in place and adhered to
- Support and influence decision-making with clear financial insights and advice
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience working in finance leadership roles within the charity or not-for-profit sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively at all levels
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the Norwich office, with flexible remote working
- Immediate start preferred
