A thriving production company that has received excellent feedback from their employees, Hays are delighted to be assisting this growing organisation with their appointment of a Senior Finance Manager. After the site relocation to the Midlands in 2022, the site is now fully up and running and the global function are keen to appoint a local finance lead following promotion at board level.

Your new role

As Senior Finance manager, reporting to the board, you will be responsible for the financial ownership of the organisation. Reporting to the board on forecasts, budgets and costings, overseeing the audit process and the overall accounting process through the Finance Manager, maintaining external relationships and leading on all tax-related activities.

You will be responsible for a small team including a finance manager and finance assistant and report to the CEO.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Finance Manager with a CIMA / ACCA or ACA qualification and 5+ years in a manufacturing environment. Ideally, you will have experience with international reporting standards and will be comfortable working in an SME environment, going down to the site and getting involved in operations.
