Your new role
As Finance Manager, you’ll take the reins of a high-performing finance function, supported by an Assistant Management Accountant, Finance Operations Manager, and Finance Assistant. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and CFO, you’ll be mentored by industry leaders with a clear succession plan to step into the FC role within two years. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading month-end and group reporting cycles
  • Preparing management accounts packs and statutory accounts
  • Partnering with international operational budget holders
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition projects
  • Overseeing tax and audit deadlines
  • Developing systems and enhancing Power BI reporting
  • Administering payroll and supporting finance operations
This is a hands-on, strategic role in a business that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a hunger to grow into a Financial Controller role. You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Experience in group reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with a passion for systems development and data-driven decision-making.
