Your new role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Assistant Manager to join our dynamic audit team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality audit services to our clients.
What you'll need to succeed
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
 - Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support.
 - Review and evaluate financial statements and audit documentation.
 - Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
 - Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
 - Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
 - Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations.
 - Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and industry regulations.
 - Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the audit practice.
 - Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Audit Assistant Manager or in a similar role within a top-tier accountancy practice.
 - Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
 - Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Strong leadership and team management abilities.
 - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is required.
