*** Studio Lead - Progressive Multi-Office Practice - Belfast - £Senior Level Package ***

Your new company

HAYS Architecture & Design are proud to be working exclusively on this exciting Studio Lead position, for an established and renowned multi-office Practice, as they seek to fill this headline position for their Belfast team.

With a UK staff headcount of around 200, six studios spanning the United Kingdom & Ireland, they have enjoyed success across various sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Residential, Heritage and Infrastructure. Placing people at the forefront of their philosophy, they have gained an impressive array of accolades, recently celebrating Education Estates Awards, SBID Awards and AJ100 rankings. With positions within Practice in NI at this level a rarity, this should appeal to those at Associate Level or above, who feel like they're ready for a step-up in their career - with a supportive, collaborative (and exciting) organisation. Not only could this be a pivotal gear-change for you professionally, but it offers the opportunity to have a real influence on the growth and development of their Belfast business, with an existing team of talented and skilled designers at all levels. Full details shall be disclosed as part of the process, so if you're interested (or know someone who would be a good fit) - reach out to begin your exploration.

Your new role

As this Practice's Studio Lead in Belfast, you'll be an important part of their strategic management contingent. Bringing fresh energy and determination to the office, you will help them grow their NI presence, leveraging your existing network of contacts and market knowledge to ensure the continuation and expansion of their exceptional services to clients & end-users across all sectors. You will have the support of Senior Leadership in delivering on established goals and strategy, across all disciplines and specialisms.

Full duties & responsibilities shall be shared as part of this process.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be an accomplished Architect, with at least 10 years post Part III experience, with a history of working at a senior level within Practice. You'll have the ability to provide leadership and management of a diverse team, with a proven capacity to manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities. You'll be highly involved in managing fee proposals and the delivery of successful bids. You'll have a demonstrable background of delivering projects throughout the UK & Ireland, with a shared passion for design, the environment and client satisfaction. With a deep understanding of, and commitment to, sustainable building design and delivery, you'll also possess the know-how to administer professional services and construction contracts - with a specific understanding of Northern Ireland's project pipelines (ideally across this organisation's key sectors). Expertise within one of their key sectors would be advantageous but isn't essential, but you should be able to develop new business by building excellent relationships and networks across both the private and public sectors.

What you'll get in return

A compelling Studio Lead role within a progressive, rewarding and highly attractive Architectural organisation. Along with a competitive £Senior Level package, this people-centric business offers a robust set of additional benefits, access to intriguing workload and the opportunity to take the helm of an established, talented team who have continued to go from strength-to-strength over recent years. Are you ready to take what could be the most important next step in your career? Reach out for more information, and to register your interest in being considered.
