A well known charity organisation with offices in Glasgow. They have big plans to deliver change across their IT estate, which forms a core part of their business. This is an excellent time to get in on the ground floor of a greenfield, wide-ranging programme of change which will revolutionise the work of the organisation and ensure they continue their important mission for years to come.
Your new role
As a Change Manager, you will work with key members of the business to help establish, document and deliver critical change within the organisation. Within this role you will engage with key stakeholders to elicit buy in from all levels of seniority. The scope will be to determine future state by gaining insight and creating documentation and analysis to give a picture of where business practice could be improved in the future.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following;
- Demonstrated expertise and practical familiarity with process enhancement methodologies and strategies aligned with the operational framework.
- In-depth comprehension of target operational models and organizational design, including their integration with digital architecture and solution selection.
- Proven track record in facilitating workshops and capturing requirements using established methodologies.
- Proficient in analyzing complex concepts and leveraging data to address business challenges.
- Robust grasp of the digital landscape and architectural considerations.
- Experience in refining end-user needs, consolidating client feedback, and translating these insights into actionable tasks for project teams.
- As this role covers the pre implementation phase, the candidate must be comfortable with working with future states and target operating models and be able to define future requirements.
What you'll get in return
Day rate £400-£450 per day.
Hybrid working (1-2 days per month in office for workshops).
4 Month initial contract.
