Our client is looking for a strategic and analytical
Performance & Business Improvement Lead to drive measurable improvements across our organisation. If you thrive on identifying performance gaps, interpreting data, and leading service redesigns that deliver real-world results—this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead performance improvement projects from strategy to delivery.
  • Analyse and manage large datasets to uncover trends and performance gaps.
  • Develop actionable insights using tools like
    SQL,
    Power BI, and
    Excel.
  • Deliver tangible service improvements with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design and implement change.
  • Produce clear performance reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.


Requirements (Essential)
  • A relevant degree or recognised qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance improvement, ideally in healthcare, or 5 years in a business improvement or transformation role.
  • Proven success in delivering data-driven improvement projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook,
    Word, and
    PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in
    SQL,
    Power BI, and performance measurement tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in service redesign, transformation, and successful change delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
