Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance improvement projects from strategy to delivery.
- Analyse and manage large datasets to uncover trends and performance gaps.
- Develop actionable insights using tools like
SQL,
Power BI, and
Excel. - Deliver tangible service improvements with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design and implement change.
- Produce clear performance reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Requirements (Essential)

- A relevant degree or recognised qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance improvement, ideally in healthcare, or 5 years in a business improvement or transformation role.
- Proven success in delivering data-driven improvement projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook,
Word, and
PowerPoint. - Skilled in
SQL,
Power BI, and performance measurement tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in service redesign, transformation, and successful change delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
