The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a construction background looking to step into an assistant management or site support role. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager, Installation Team, and Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a major project on a subcontractor basis, working under the principal contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager and Installation Team with day-to-day site coordination
- Maintain and update delivery schedules, stock records, and parts registers using Excel
- Monitor material deliveries, chase shortages, and ensure timely progress of supplies
- Assist with site documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ensure site access compliance, including holding a valid CSCS card
Please Note:A high level of proficiency in Excel is essential. You will be expected to manage and interpret spreadsheets daily. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on top of paperwork are critical to success in this role.
