Site Manager is required to support an ongoing commercial site until April
Hays are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a hospital construction project in Taunton.
This is a temporary position, with an expected end date in April. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager with coordinating and supervising construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS card - Black or Gold.
- First Aid
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
