Seeking a Residential Assistant Site Manager for a permanent role in London & the South East - £40k-£50k p.a.

Your new role
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing schedules, and maintaining quality standards. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar role within the residential construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
