12-month temporary contract for a Project Quantity Surveyor working within the public sector.

Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- MRICS membership
- At least 5 years’ experience in project quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Familiarity with CDM Regulations 2015 and the Building Safety Act 2024
- Proficiency in tools like Causeway, CostX, Bluebeam, MS Project, NBS Create, and BCIS
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively
