A firm of quantity surveyors looking to grow their team in Manchester. The company has five offices across the UK and a great reputation in the market. Based in South Manchester, they are easily commutable on public transport or driving in. Based in a beautiful, newly renovated offices with great amenities, such as cafe and showers if you're cycling in.

Working as part of a team, in this role you will predominantly work on commercial sector projects. Recent projects that they have worked on include things like, r ugby school, boarding house, conservation of historic buildings, museums, police training facilities, new build ambulance, chemical plant - spent 20 years on it, Manchester University, MMU etc. This role comes with a level of autonomy where you will be delivering pre and post-contract work, feasibility studies, estimates, bills of quantities, therefore, you will need to have previous experience working within a consultancy environment.

A degree qualified and MRICS PQS with experience working in a consultancy environment. You will have eligibility to work in the UK and have a driving licence.
