Your new role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team in managing costs and budgets across multiple projects. You’ll assist with preparing valuations, procurement, and contract administration while gaining exposure to projects ranging from £1M to £5M in value. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and progress toward a Quantity Surveyor role.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or working towards).

• Some experience in construction (new build or refurb)

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Good communication and organisational abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with cost management software is a plus.

• Full UK driving licence for occasional site visits.
