Your new role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial delivery of residential developments ranging from 30 to 100 plots. You’ll work alongside experienced surveyors and site teams, assisting with cost planning, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your career with a respected name in the housebuilding sector.
What you’ll need to succeed
- At least 1 year of experience with a house builder
- Experience working on residential developments of 30–100 plots
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
