Assistant Technical Manager with a Fantastic Food Manufacturer

Your new role
As Assistant Technical Manager, you’ll support the Technical Manager in overseeing all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, and compliance across the site. You’ll help manage audit preparation, maintain technical documentation, and ensure production teams follow best practices in hygiene and quality. You’ll also assist in investigating non-conformances, supporting NPD trials, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a technical or quality role within food manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and customer standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility and willingness to support cross-functional teams.
