Your new role
As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis across operations. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll manage core accounting processes, support financial controllers, and lead a team of graduates and trainee accountants. You’ll be responsible for producing statutory accounts, monthly management packs, budgets, and forecasts, while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with financial regulations.
This is a high-impact role offering early exposure to senior leadership and the chance to shape financial strategy in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- Proven experience managing financial accounts and working with external auditors
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
- Experience in a Shared Service environment is desirable.
- Leadership qualities to coach and develop a high-performing finance team
