Assistant Lawyer sought after by a national insurance law firm within their catastrophic loss team
Your new company
Our client is a Legal 500 insurance firm which continues to go from strength to strength. They are looking for an Assistant Lawyer to assist the lead lawyer on high-value complex injury cases. Competitive salary and benefits are available as well as a very generous hybrid working structure.
Your new role
This Catastrophic Injury Assistant Lawyer role will see you handle a broad ranging and interesting caseload, working closely with the firm's complex injury claims team dealing with large loss claims. You will be working closely with a lead lawyer on complex, high-value multi-track and catastrophic injury claims arising from EL/PL and RTA matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with experience assisting in large-loss defendant cases. A successful candidate should also have a minimum of 2 years experience handling their own caseload of multi-track RTA/EL/PL cases. Experience of indemnity, liability and quantum is essential. Excellent client care and interpersonal skills are required.
