Experienced Cover Supervisors Needed in Rotherham for Long-term Roles, flexible working, great rates of pay
Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor seeking new opportunities in Rotherham and the surrounding areas? Hays Recruitment in Sheffield is looking for dedicated professionals to join our team. We are targeting individuals with a proven track record in classroom management and those who can provide high-quality supervision in the absence of regular teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences.
- Maintain a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Support students with their learning and ensure they stay on task.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Experience working with youth groups or in other supervisory roles.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Flexibility to work across different schools in the Rotherham area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
