Your new role

• Partnering closely with Project Managers to provide financial insight, track budgets, and ensure accurate forecasting
• Preparing and analysing project cost reports, identifying variances and risks
• Managing project billing, revenue recognition, and WIP
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes related to project accounting
• Continuously improving reporting tools and templates using advanced Excel functions
• Assisting with audit queries and compliance requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across departments
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas—bonus points for Power Query or VBA)
• Currently studying towards ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a project accounting or management accounting role preferred
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
