• Full ownership of the company accounts, including budgeting, cashflow management, month‑end and management accounts.
• Processing and oversight of sales and purchase invoices, VAT returns, payroll and year‑end accounts.
• Supporting the Assistant Finance Manager with property management accounts.
• Managing all service charge accounts for our property management portfolio.
• Building strong working relationships with homeowners, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assisting with property‑related queries as they arise.
• Providing team cover and completing ad‑hoc tasks or projects where required.

• AAT Level 4 (minimum).
• Strong experience as a Finance/Accounts Manager with the ability to quickly understand systems and processes.
• Proficient in Sage 50.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing your own workload.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach.
• Confident working with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Experience preparing property management accounts.
• Understanding of the commercial property market.
