With a strong reputation and a forward-thinking culture, the firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Audit Director to join its senior leadership team.


Your new role

As Audit Director, you will take a leading role in the strategic development and delivery of the audit function. You will manage a portfolio of key clients, oversee complex audit engagements, and lead a team of professionals to ensure high standards of service and compliance. You will also contribute to business development efforts, support firm-wide initiatives, and play a key role in mentoring and developing future leaders within the team.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACA, or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience in audit, ideally within a mid-tier or larger accountancy practice. Strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commercial outlook are essential. You should be confident in managing client relationships, navigating complex audit issues, and driving continuous improvement within the audit function.
