They are seeking a dynamic Assistant Finance Business Partner to join their collaborative Finance Team. Working closely with the Finance Business Partner and senior leaders across the organisation, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision‑making.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
  • Provide clear, data‑driven advice to non‑financial stakeholders across academic and operational departments
  • Contribute to the development of a sustainable financial model that supports the organisation’s strategic goals
  • Help drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls

  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of the financial dynamics of independent schools (or a willingness to learn)
  • Proactive, organised, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
  • Passionate about contributing to an organisation with a meaningful educational mission

  • Work within a supportive, forward‑thinking finance team

  • Enjoy a varied role with genuine influence and visibility
  • Be part of a warm, inclusive community with a strong sense of purpose
