Your new role
The Finance Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the financial department in a broad and busy role.
- Supplier statement and bank reconciliations
- Receiving and recording invoices from suppliers
- Allocating and producing PO's
- Allocating payments
- Managing employee expenses
- Aged debtor reporting
- Resolving queries from key stakeholders and clients
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge of the Xero and MS Dynamics would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and experience analysing financial results, trends, financial KPIs and financial ratios.
- Proactive attitude, high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel in the company.
