We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices, payments, and staff expenses
- Reconcile bank transactions and supplier statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in ensuring financial compliance and adherence to internal controls
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks and document management
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional administrative needs
- Assist with preparation for audits and financial reporting periods
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible approach, especially around key reporting periods
