The finance team plays a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations, making this an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast‑moving, commercially focused organisation. Due to a period of growth and increased workload, they are looking to bring in an Accounts Assistant on a 6-month temporary basis to support the finance function.

Your new role

• Assisting with purchase ledger and sales ledger duties

• Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements

• Posting journals and assisting with month-end tasks

• Managing queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role

• Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
