HR Operations Lead – HR Services, HRIS, Reward – Alignment to Global HR Ops Agenda
Industrial manufacturing firm that has enjoyed sequential years of growth and is undergoing a period of transformation. A market leader within their field, they are recognised globally for their expertise.
Reporting to the UK HR Director, you will be responsible for the provision of HR Operations to the UK business, which includes both professional and operational, site-based employees, whilst ensuring alignment to global HR Operations. You will be responsible for HR shared services, including HRIS as well as pension, compensation and benefits and lead and develop the UK HR Ops team. You will work in a challenging work environment and be able to drive improvement and projects that move the HR Ops team forward.
The successful HR Operations Lead / Director will have a track record of leading and developing a UK HR Ops / Services team within a complex, matrix, commercial firm. They should be familiar with HR Services, the employee lifecycle, HRIS, pensions and reward. More so, the HR Ops Lead will be able to demonstrate that they can drive improved performance and align with a global HR Ops agenda. Agility and strong stakeholder engagement skills will be required to be successful in this role.
Offering £100,000 - £110,000 with a bonus, wider pack.
