Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and building warrant process, liaising with local authorities.
- Provide detailed drawings and technical information to support procurement and construction activities.
- Produce CAD drawings for use by site teams and sales departments.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with design standards and regulations.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience in architectural design, ideally within the residential sector.
- A relevant qualification such as a CIOB Building Design certificate or HNC/HND in a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of the construction process.
- Strong knowledge of technical detailing in residential design.
