This Sutton-based practice with over 25 years of experience, are currently seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join their esteemed team. Specialising in residential projects from loft conversion to house extensions etc., the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and demonstrate excellent proficiency in Revit. They are offering upto £38,000 depending on experience.

• Must have 3+ years post-qualification experience
• Must have experience in the residential sector
• Experience doing loft conversions and house extensions is a bonus.
• Must have a strong understanding of Revit (applications which do not meet this criteria will not be considered)
• A strong understanding of the UK Building Regulations
• Must have a driving licence

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Car space will be provided

• Private healthcare after 1 year of service
• 1 day working from home after probation
