Why you should work here
What you'll need to succeed
- Leading national developer - no more working with difficult clients, or difficult consultants, everything is in-house! This also means the project pipeline is totally within the company's control, giving you more peace of mind, job security and control over projects.
- Cracking salary - you'll be paid more than you would in architectural practice, you get 25 days' holidays, a discretionary bonus, and a free gym. Oh, and free parking on site and free breakfast.
- Mixed-use developments across the country - residential, retail, hospitality developments nationwide. Provides you with nice variation, and getting to work on multiple sectors within one project.
- Career progression - as you're working for the developer, you have the opportunity to take your career beyond standard architecture, and start to look into the more lucrative Design Manager and/or Technical Coordination career paths.
- A genuinely lovely place to work, a real community that has a buzzing social scene, a supporting atmosphere and one that places the wellbeing of staff at the forefront of what they do. Make a real difference to people's lives, and have a great time doing it!
What you'll need to succeed
- We really need an established, Senior Architectural Technologist and you'll need to have enough structural knowledge to be able to handle most on-site queries and be the representative with the structural consultants. We're considering those who have worked in a structural engineering firm, or functioned as a structural technician/designer at some point.
