Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and Revit models for building service projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient design solutions.
- Coordinate with various disciplines to integrate building service designs into overall project plans.
- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all drawings and models are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards, as well as relevant regulations and codes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.
- Strong understanding of building services engineering principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings and models.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential for entry-level positions.
