Your New Role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist specializing in industrial projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and ensuring design integrity throughout every stage of delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Project Oversight: Manage technical aspects across all RIBA stages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and maintaining strong relationships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all designs adhere to current building regulations and industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical challenges.
- Material & Methodology Advice: Recommend appropriate materials and construction techniques aligned with project objectives.
- Mentorship: Support and develop junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
