Your new company

HAYS Architecture & Design NI are proudly working on behalf of a long-established, award-winning architectural practice based in Belfast, in their search for a talented Architectural Technologist OR Architect to join their reputable team. The practice works across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, cultural, and mixed-use developments, and has a strong reputation for unlocking potential in challenging sites. They are known for being early adopters of BIM (since 2007) and pioneering use of VR technology as part of its design process, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge solutions. Their ethos combines design quality, social responsibility, and commercial viability, underpinned by ISO 9001 quality assurance standards.

It is relatively rare that they seek to expand their headcount, but their motivations for doing so at present is as the result of organic and strategic growth.
