Architectural Technologist Lincoln/Nottingham

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team.

Your New Role

As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing client requirements and developing tailored design solutions
  • Producing detailed building plans using CAD software
  • Identifying and resolving potential design issues
  • Leading the design process and coordinating with internal teams
  • Managing contract bids and tender documentation
  • Conducting site visits and inspections
  • Preparing technical specifications and construction documentation
  • Submitting applications for statutory approvals
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
  • Participating in project meetings and contributing to documentation
  • Staying up to date with evolving design practices, building regulations, and technologies
What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have:
  • A background in architecture or architectural technology
  • A degree in architecture or a related discipline
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow professionally
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft 365, SketchUp, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Revit
