About the Role
I am working with a well-established architectural practice based in a beautiful rural location in Northamptonshire, who are looking for a talented Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and bespoke developments, where you’ll be involved from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage architectural designs and technical drawings
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout project stages
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and planning requirements
- Attend site visits and inspections
- Contribute to design reviews and project meetings
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
