Our client is seeking a Partner-level Architect to join their leadership team, initially as a Salaried Partner, with a clear pathway to Equity Partnership within 6 months.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior figure with strong job-running experience across non-residential sectors including commercial, healthcare, industrial, education, and government projects, to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Your new role

As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in both project delivery and business development. You’ll be stepping into a studio with a loyal client base and a reputation for being extremely effective in delivering complex projects. They’re known for quality, innovation, and professionalism. The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Lead complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strengthen and expand client relationships.
- Collaborate with fellow partners to drive strategic growth.
- Contribute to the studio’s commercial success and long-term vision.

- Proven success in delivering non-residential projects across various sectors.
