Professional Services Organisation requires an IT analyst to join their expanding team.

Your Role
As an IT Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT incidents, requests, and questions. You will provide prompt and positive hardware and software support both remotely and on-site. Your key responsibilities will include handling tickets via ServiceNow, phone, email, and the IT portal, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring all tickets are recorded and resolved in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining good communication with colleagues and IT contacts, and proactively staying updated on new and ongoing problems and workarounds.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A good educational background.
- At least 1 year of experience in a large professional service environment.
- Up-to-date working knowledge of hardware, software, servers, networking, infrastructure, firewall configuration, and administrative technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Azure/Hybrid environments, and various IT tools and applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application support, particularly Outlook and Windows 10/365.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle and communicate on major incident escalations.
