Hays Technology are looking for a skilled Digital Solutions Analyst/Business Analyst to join a solutions and change team and play a key role in delivering digital transformation across the organisation. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to shape digital solutions, define requirements, build business cases and ensure projects deliver measurable value. This role is offered on a 5 month FTC basis and offers hybrid working.
Your new role
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis and solution definition for digital projects.
- Facilitate workshops and map current/future processes.
- Produce business cases and support benefits tracking.
- Translate complex requirements into clear deliverables and user‑focused designs.
- Work closely with developers and suppliers throughout delivery.
- Design and run UAT/testing, ensuring smooth transition into service.
- Provide clear documentation, training and progress reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a Business or Solutions Analyst across the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Confident analysing requirements, processes and user needs.
- Knowledge of agile principles and service/user‑journey design techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive.
- Desirable: Business Analysis qualification, UX or service design experience, understanding of accessibility standards.
