Technical Business Analyst
Location: Exeter Area
Contract Duration: Up to 12 months
Daily Rate: Up to £450 per day
Hybrid working available: 1 day a week on-site
Your Next Contract - Overview
As the Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, mapping current and future state business processes, conducting gap analysis, and developing functional specifications for system configuration. You'll work closely with stakeholders across various business units and the technical implementation team to ensure the ERP solution meets organisational needs. This role requires an understanding of both business operations and ERP system capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on ERP implementation projects
Experience with business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and documentation
Expertise in functional requirement specifications and solution design
Understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and master data management
Experience with ERP system migrations
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and implementation frameworks
Proficiency in UAT planning, execution, and defect management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with change management and organisational readiness assessment
