AWS Agile Delivery Manager - initial 6 months - up to £750pd inside ir35 via umbrella
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud platforms, Azure, and technical team collaboration. You will play a vital role in scaling agile processes, working closely with technical and platform teams, and managing multiple squads within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 5-6 agile delivery teams in a fast-paced environment
- Remodelling and migrating platforms to AWS and Azure platforms
- Work with technical teams and platform teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain a well-organised workflow using JIRA and other tools
- Coordinate product transfer activities and ensure smooth handovers
- Facilitate quarterly planning and squad meetings
- Stay updated with DevOps practices and ensure team adherence
Key Experience needed:
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager with 5+ years in a similar role
- Experience working on AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of technical backgrounds and Agile scaling frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple squads
- Experience with JIRA and PowerPoint presentations
- Background in product transfer and transferring working practices
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
Hybrid working - 1 day a week in a London-based office
Duration - Initial 6 months Rate - up to £750pd inside ir35 via umbrella
