Agile Delivery Manager - Inside IR35

What you'll need to succeed

My client is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager or a Consultant versed in Agile Delivery to join an initial 3-month contract on a 12-month project. The role is a great opportunity to join a mid-sized Delivery Team, aiming to adjust their ways of working in an Agile environment - the essential requirements are in place, your role will be to bring all parts together and support aligning an Agile Digital Service.

This role is open for remote work, though where required, candidates will need to be open to travelling to the client's main site. You will be responsible for managing a number of transformation projects. All are small-scale delivery projects with a big impact across the business.

• Providing delivery support for complex projects
• Balancing budget, risk and scope
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Coaching senior and junior colleagues, especially on Agile working
• Delivery in an Agile context, possibly in a non-Agile environment
• Delivery of software products or technical projects

• Knowledge of Agile and/or lean methodologies
• Communication skills
