A thriving secondary school in Bradford is looking for an organised, proactive, and friendly School Administrator to join their team on a long‑term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and can hit the ground running.
About the Role
- Acting as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors
- Managing phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Supporting attendance processes and maintaining accurate records
- Handling data entry, filing, and updating school systems
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth school operations
- Working closely with senior staff and other admin colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within a school setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using IT systems and school software (training can be provided)
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to supporting the school community
Location
Based in a well‑regarded secondary school in Bradford.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
